UV fused silica is preferred for short wavelengths, low fluorescence and thermal stability. Laser-grade polishing and wavelength-specific coating choices make this family appropriate for beam delivery, spectroscopy, cavity isolation and precision optical enclosures.
Specify wavelength, continuous-wave or pulsed operation, fluence, repetition rate, beam size and incidence angle. Request confirmed coating and damage-threshold data for the final laser conditions.
Custom substrate materials, dimensions, angular tolerances and coating bands can be reviewed for prototype and production quantities.
