Specify UV Fused Silica High-Precision Plane Window by aperture, surface accuracy and mounting

This series is suited to applications where a standard protective plate could introduce unacceptable wavefront deformation, scatter or beam walk. Multiple stocked sizes and AR bands support UV, visible, NIR and SWIR optical layouts.

Use the clear aperture rather than outside diameter when sizing the beam. Verify flatness, parallelism, surface quality and coating performance at the intended angle of incidence.
