SO-P07 SERIES

Porro Prism

SO-P07 Porro prisms are image-erecting and beam-folding components offered in K9 optical glass and UV fused silica. They are used in binoculars, viewing systems and compact folded optical paths, where a matched Porro arrangement can invert and laterally redirect an image without relying on a mirror train.

Product Overview

Control beam deviation and image orientation with Porro Prism

The available models differ in geometry and orientation. Confirm the 12.7 mm size, total angular accuracy, coating state and handed arrangement when designing a paired prism assembly.

Porro prisms are normally selected as part of a complete image-erecting path; verify image parity and prism orientation before mechanical release.
