Custom Manufacturing

A: Yes. Most custom glass components are manufactured according to customer drawings, CAD files, or detailed specifications.

A: In most cases we do not require a strict MOQ. Small prototype orders and single-piece samples are acceptable depending on the processing type.

Shipping & Orders

A: Yes. We ship worldwide and work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe delivery of fragile glass products.
A: Sample orders typically require 9–12 working days, while standard production orders usually take 11–14 working days depending on quantity and complexity.
A: Our standard payment terms are 50% deposit before production and the remaining balance before shipment.
